Priority lists are delivered to you through HoneyBook AI's chat at 8am your timezone. These AI-generated lists can help you quickly prioritize the most impactful actions for your day and week ahead.


Adjust priority list settings

You can:

  • Turn priority lists on or off (on by default)

  • Adjust the cadence at which you receive priority lists (daily on weekdays by default)

You cannot:

  • Adjust the time that you receive priority lists (8am your timezone)

  • Customize what information shows in priority lists

  1. Hover over your profile photo in the bottom left corner of your screen > select Company settings

  2. Select HoneyBook AI

  3. Adjust priority list settings:

    1. Turn on or off: Toggle priority list ON or OFF

    2. Adjust frequency: If priority list is toggled ON, click the preferred frequency drop-down and select your choice: daily on weekdays, every day, weekly on Mondays, or monthly at the start of the month


How to use priority lists

Priority lists help you instantly identify how to prioritize your day: such as task creation suggestions or important project follow-ups. Consider checking your priority list as you sign on for the day.

Here's how priority lists work:

  1. Depending on your settings, you'll receive a priority list at 8am your timezone

    1. The priority list is delivered through the AI chat, and you'll be notified with a:

      • Proactive message from the AI chat

      • Push notification on mobile (if you've downloaded the HoneyBook mobile app and enabled push notifications)

  2. Click the notification to be brought to your priority list

  3. From the priority list, you can:

    1. Read through and review your top priorities

    2. Click on hyperlinked text (e.g., "Draft email") to get started taking the suggested action

    3. Click Show more to show more priorities

    4. Enter a message in the chat with any follow-up questions
