Advanced filters for smarter lead management

The “Contacts” page offers enhanced contact filtering options, allowing you to sort and segment your contacts more effectively based on critical lead and client data. When you select Filter, you can:

  • Track contacts by last interaction date

  • Filter based on custom fields — including single-select, multi-select, and date field types

  • Sort by associated projects, organizations, or tags

Why this matters: Manually managing leads can be time-consuming and overwhelming. These new filters reduce the mental load and make it easier to surface high-priority contacts — helping you take action faster and never miss an opportunity.

By empowering you to quickly identify which leads need attention, these filters support proactive relationship-building, improve follow-ups, and ultimately increase your conversion rate within HoneyBook.
