From the navigation menu, select your company logo > Company settings

Under "Lead management," ensure Gmail lead finder is turned on

How Gmail lead finder works
When you first turn it on
When you turn Gmail lead finder on, HoneyBook AI will look through your past 3 months of communication history and pull in any identified leads.
Ongoing monitoring
When Gmail lead finder is kept on, HoneyBook AI will continuously monitor for new relationship activity. If it identifies a new lead, you’ll receive:
An email
A notification in your notification center
How leads are imported
The lead won't receive any communication, nor will they be notified that they’ve been identified as a lead and added to your HoneyBook Contacts page
The lead will be added to your HoneyBook Contacts page with their email address, name, and last interaction date
The contact source will be set as Gmail. This is how you can tell the lead came from the Gmail lead finder tool.
A conversation summary generated by HoneyBook AI will be added to the contact notes as well as the original Gmail thread (not visible to the lead)
