HoneyBook's lead enrichment automatically gathers and adds key information about your new contacts such as additional contact details and social links. We'll cover how to use this tool below.
Adjust lead enrichment settings
By default, lead enrichment is turned on for your account. If you need to adjust this setting:
From your navigation menu, select your company logo > Company settings
Select HoneyBook AI
Under "Lead management," turn Lead enrichment on or off
Use lead enrichment
When lead enrichment is turned on, there's nothing else you need to do—HoneyBook AI will automatically enrich each new contact you add. Lead enrichment will work for individual contacts added:
Manually
Through contact and lead forms
Through the scheduler
By Zapier
Lead enrichment won't work for contacts added:
Through Gmail import
Through batch CSV upload
