What to do if your Calendly account is connected to another HoneyBook account

If you can't connect your Calendly account to HoneyBook, you might've connected it to another HoneyBook account in the past.

Updated over a week ago

Depending on your history with HoneyBook, you might get an error message saying your Calendly account is connected to another HoneyBook account when you go to connect them. This usually happens when you've previously tested out HoneyBook as a trialer and connected your Calendly account to that trialer HoneyBook account.

To fix this issue, you'll need to disconnect your Calendly account from the old HoneyBook account.

Disconnect your Calendly and HoneyBook account

You'll need to find the previous HoneyBook account you connected your Calendly account to before beginning.

  1. Log into the HoneyBook account you've previously connected your Calendly account to

  2. From the top nav menu, select Tools > select Integrations

  3. Find the Calendly section > select Disconnect

From here, your Calendly account can now get connected to the HoneyBook account you currently use.
