All about how AI project recaps work and how to access

AI project recaps help you go into meetings with confidence: 1 hour before a HoneyBook meeting, you'll receive a recap that includes a summary of key project details, past communication, open questions, action items, and more. Review a project recap before a meeting so you can get a refresher on where the project currently stands and what needs to be discussed.

We'll cover how to access and use AI project recaps below.


Adjust AI project recaps settings

By default, AI project recaps are turned ON for your account. If you need to adjust this setting, here's how:

  1. From any page, click your profile photo to the top right of your screen > Company Settings

  2. Select AI Preferences

  3. Toggle Project recaps for meetings ON or OFF


Access AI project recaps

1 hour before each meeting, you'll receive a notification that a project recap is ready. There are a few different ways to access AI project recaps.

Notification center

As soon as an AI project recap is ready, you’ll receive a notification (under the bell icon in the top right corner of your screen). Click on the notification to be brought straight to the notes.

📣 Note

Clients are not notified of, nor can they view, AI project recaps.

Project

  1. Search for and open the project through which the meeting is scheduled

  2. Under the Activity tab, select View project recap

HoneyBook Calendar

  1. From your HoneyBook home page, click the Tools menu > Calendar

  2. Click on the meeting in question > AI project recap

Mobile push notification

As soon as an AI project recap is ready, you’ll receive a mobile push notification. Click on the notification to be brought straight to the recap in your HoneyBook mobile app.
