AI project recaps help you go into meetings with confidence: 1 hour before a HoneyBook meeting, you'll receive a recap that includes a summary of key project details, past communication, open questions, action items, and more. Review a project recap before a meeting so you can get a refresher on where the project currently stands and what needs to be discussed.
We'll cover how to access and use AI project recaps, plus answers to some frequently-asked questions, below.

Turn AI project recaps ON or OFF
By default, AI project recaps are turned ON for your account. If you need to adjust this setting, here's how:
From any page, click your profile photo to the top right of your screen > Company Settings
Select AI Preferences
Toggle Project recaps for meetings ON or OFF
Access AI project recaps
1 hour before each meeting, you'll receive a notification that a project recap is ready. There are a few different ways to access AI project recaps.
Notification center
As soon as an AI project recap is ready, you’ll receive a notification (under the bell icon in the top right corner of your screen). Click on the notification to be brought straight to the notes.
📣 Note
Clients are not notified of, nor can they view, AI project recaps.
Project
Search for and open the project through which the meeting is scheduled
Under the Activity tab, select View project recap
HoneyBook Calendar
From your HoneyBook home page, click the Tools menu > Calendar
Click on the meeting in question > AI project recap
Mobile push notification
As soon as an AI project recap is ready, you’ll receive a mobile push notification. Click on the notification to be brought straight to the recap in your HoneyBook mobile app.

To receive push notifications for project recaps, make sure to:
Download the HoneyBook mobile app on your iOS or Android
Enable push notifications

What meetings will I receive project recaps for?
To receive a project recap for a meeting, the meeting must meet the following criteria:
Scheduled through HoneyBook
Associated with a project that has at least one email sent in it
Scheduled after AI project recaps were added to your account
When will I receive project recaps?
Project recaps are created 1 hour before each eligible meeting.
