Now, whenever a client makes their first payment in a HoneyBook project, a gallery in Pic-Time will be automatically created based on the project details. The gallery will not be visible to the client until you adjust it in Pic-Time.

📣 Note

This setting does not work retroactively. Only first-time payments made in HoneyBook projects moving forward will trigger a gallery to be created and connected in Pic-Time.

Manually connect a HoneyBook project with a Pic-Time gallery

  1. Find or create the HoneyBook project that needs to be connected

  2. From the project workspace, locate Pic-Time Galleries in the Only visible to you section > click the plus (+) sign

  3. From here, either:

    • Select Create a new Pic-Time gallery > enter the relevant gallery details > click Connect gallery

    • Or, select Connect an existing gallery > select the existing gallery > click Connect gallery

Your gallery will now be linked to the project and you can get started viewing its details right from HoneyBook.

📚 Tip

Have multiple galleries for one project, such as an engagement gallery and a wedding one? No problem–just click Add gallery to connect an additional gallery to the project.

Automatically share galleries to the client portal

  1. From any page, click your profile photo in the top right corner of your screen > select Company Settings

  2. Click the Integrations tab

  3. In the Pic-Time section, toggle Auto-share to client portal ON

Now, whenever you send a gallery to a client via Pic-Time, the gallery will be automatically shared in the activity feed of the corresponding HoneyBook project–making it visible to your clients right from HoneyBook.
