How to verify your email address to keep your information private and secure

You may be asked to verify the email address for your HoneyBook account. This is simply to make sure that it’s you accessing your account, protecting you, your information, and your business.


To verify your email address:

1. You'll see a prompt to verify your email in two different places. Click on one of the prompts to send a verification email to your account email address.

2. From your email inbox, open the verification email.

3. Click Confirm Email.

You’ll see a confirmation message in HoneyBook once you’ve successfully verified.

Will you ask me to verify my email multiple times?

You’ll need to verify your email only once, unless you edit your email address.

Why am I just now being asked to verify my email address?

Your security is our top priority. We’ve recently added this extra level of protection to protect you from any fraudulent activity, as an industry best practice. More security features means more peace of mind that your information and business are secure.

It says my verification link expired—what do I do?

Your email verification link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, no problem! A new verification email will automatically go out to your account email address. From there, just follow the steps to complete the verification.
