If your client pays near or on a bank holiday, the payment might take a little longer to reach your account. Any credit card or ACH payment that processes standardly over a bank holiday can be delayed up to 1 business day, as most banks are closed on these dates. Bank deposits resume the following business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Instant deposits are not affected by bank holidays and typically appear in the associated bank account within 24 hours (and often, in as little as 30 minutes), regardless of the date.

You can review the estimated deposit date of any payment via the Payments tab of your Bookkeeping tool or in the client progress view of the sent invoice.
