Your HoneyBook security phone number adds an extra layer of protection to your account. It’s used to verify your identity when making important updates—like changing payment details or login information. Keeping this number current helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures smooth account recovery if needed.
Before you start
Make sure you can access your login email and the new security phone number you want to set
Your security phone number must be US- or Canada-based and able to receive calls or text messages
This number is only used for security verification, not for communicating with clients

Add your security phone number
From the navigation menu, select your company logo > My account
Scroll down to the “Account verification phone number” section, then select Add
Select Get an email with verification code to receive a 6-digit verification code at your login email
Enter the code in HoneyBook, then select Submit
Add a security phone number that can receive calls or texts (US or Canada only)
Select Save
Edit your security phone number
From the navigation menu, select your company logo > My account
Scroll down to the “Account verification phone number” section, then select Edit
Choose to receive a 6-digit verification code by text or call
Enter the code in HoneyBook, then select Submit
Enter your new US- or Canada-based phone number that can receive calls or texts
Select Save
