Get tips on how to get your mobile app working again.

If the HoneyBook iOS or Android app is giving you trouble, here's what to try.


Update your app

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the HoneyBook app downloaded

    1. Check by clicking here for iOS and here for Android

  2. If your HoneyBook app needs to be updated, tap Update

  3. Reopen your HoneyBook app to see if the problem persists

If this issue persists

  1. Take a screenshot of the screen on which the problem is occurring

    1. Here's how to screenshot on iOS and on Android

  2. Your device will then prompt you to send feedback > tap Yes

  3. When sending the feedback, include your email address (whichever email is tied to your HoneyBook account) and a message including relevant details about the problem you're experiencing
