How to share your contact form through a direct link

How to copy and share your contact form's direct link

Your contact form direct link allows anyone who clicks the link to open a new tab in their browser, immediately displaying your contact form. This means they can fill in their responses to your questions, and submit the form back to you.

Submissions from your direct link will automatically create new projects in the inquiry stage of your pipeline. These projects will include all the information that your leads provided. You can then follow up in these projects, or save time with an auto-reply, thanks to automations.

  1. From the top navigation bar, click Clients > Contact forms

  2. Make sure you're in the editor screen for the form you'd like to share

    1. If not, select the form icon from your sidebar and find the contact form of choice

  3. Once you're looking at the correct form, select the menu icon

    • You'll need to have published your contact form to proceed to the next step

      1. If you haven't published yet, just click the Publish button in the top right corner

      2. Then, you can return to your sidebar

  4. Under the Get a Direct Link header, click the copy icon to copy the link to your clipboard

    • Or, click the open link icon to open a new tab containing your form

  5. Click View sharing options just above your link's URL > toggle Display Header ON or OFF to choose whether you'd like your company name and logo to appear at the top of your form

Now, you can share the link wherever you'd like.
