Customize the client portal login screen

Add your logo and brand colors to personalize the login screen your clients see

Only super admins and account owners are able to customize and share the client portal.

You can customize the look and feel of your client portal login screen so it matches your business’s brand identity.

Customize your client portal login screen

  1. From the navigation menu, select your company logo

  2. Select Company Settings

  3. Navigate to the Domain & client portal section from the menu on the left-hand side

  4. Scroll to the Client Portal section and select Customize

  5. Select Login page

From there, you can:

  • Choose a background color

  • Show or hide your logo (square or full size)

  • Display your company name or enter custom text

  • Preview the login screen on desktop or mobile


When you’re done, click Save. Your custom login screen will appear whenever someone clicks your client portal link.

Preview the client portal

You can preview the client portal and login screen from a project workspace to see what your clients will see. The preview uses mock data instead of real data from your project.

To preview:

  1. From your navigation menu, click Projects

  2. Click into a project

  3. Find the Client portal box on the right-hand side

  4. Click Preview as client

  5. From here, you can preview the login page and client portal in read-only mode to see what your clients will see

The client portal preview is read-only, so you can’t make changes from this view.
