The client portal is designed to be a seamless extension of your brand. With customizable colors, fonts, and images, you can create a professional and consistent experience for your clients.
Customize your client portal and login page
From the navigation menu, select your company logo
Select Company Settings
Navigate to the Domain & client portal section from the menu on the left-hand side
Scroll to the Client Portal section and select Customize
From here, you can customize your client portal and login page using different fonts and colors. There will be a real-time preview of the client portal and login page to the right as you edit.
✍️ Note: You can set a default header image to automatically brand every new project workspace and create a consistent client experience. The recommended size for a default project header image is 1140px x 380px.
Client portal elements you can customize
You can modify almost everything about your client portal and login page to ensure they look exactly the way you want. The following elements are available to customize:
Login page
Background color
Show company logo (toggle YES or NO)
Logo shape
Title (we recommend using your company name so clients can easily identify you)
Client Portal
Page background color
Highlight color (includes button color)
Font (titles and headers only)
Side bar color
Button text color
Button corner radius (sharp or rounded)
Preview the client portal
You can preview the client portal from a project workspace to see what your clients will see. The preview uses mock data instead of real data from your project.
To preview:
From your navigation menu, click Projects
Click into a project
Find the Client portal box on the right-hand side
Click View & edit
From here, you can view and edit the login page and client portal as you wish
📣 Note
Any edits made in the client portal preview will update all client portal experiences, not just for the project you're working in.
