If you'd like to change the email address used in your HoneyBook account—no problem!
To change your email address:
1. Click your profile photo in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select My Account.
3. Click the Email Address field in the Account Info section.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the 2-Step Verification process.
5. Once you've completed the verification, click Confirm.
6. Now, you can update your email by clicking the Email Address field again and making any necessary adjustments. All changes will save automatically.
PLEASE NOTE: If the new email address you'd like to use has already been used in HoneyBook, please reach out to our concierge team by clicking the Question Mark icon on any HoneyBook page—our team can help you complete the update.
