If you've previously been receiving payments on a regular basis and now don't see a particular payment in your bank account—and you've double checked all the details—it's likely that your bank account details need to be verified by our payment processor.
 
To verify your bank account, just update HoneyBook with: 

  • The correct bank account name
  • Social security number (for personal bank accounts)
  • TIN or EIN number (for business bank accounts)


This should be a one-time verification process; once you've entered in the correct information, your retained funds will be transferred promptly—you should see them in your account in 2-3 business days.
