What to do if you can't connect your Calendly account

Steps to take if you're having trouble with the Calendly integration

If you can't connect your Calendly account to HoneyBook, you might've connected it to another HoneyBook account in the past. This can happen if you previously tested out HoneyBook as a trialer and connected your Calendly account to that trialer HoneyBook account.

To fix this issue, you'll need to disconnect your Calendly account from the old HoneyBook account.

  1. Log into the old HoneyBook account you previously connected your Calendly account to

  2. From the navigation menu, select Tools > Integrations

  3. Locate the Calendly section > select Disconnect

From here, log in to your new HoneyBook account. You can now connect your Calendly account there.
