Will reminder emails appear in the activity feed?

Reminder emails that HoneyBook automatically sends won't appear in the activity feed, but any messages you manually send will.


Can I delete a message after it was sent?

While you can't delete messages sent through the activity feed once they've been sent, you can cancel scheduled emails before they're sent.


How can I tell that my client read my message?

When reviewing messages in your activity feed, you can check the message status to see if your client opened the message.You can also get more info about the message, like whether it was successfully delivered.
