Add your virtual HoneyBook Balance Visa® debit card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Use your HoneyBook Balance Visa® debit card in Apple or Google Wallet—learn how to add it from the web or mobile app

If you want to use your virtual HoneyBook Balance Visa® debit card from your mobile device, follow the steps below to add it to Apple Wallet for iPhone users, or Google Wallet for Android users, so you can start making secure, contactless payments right away.


Add on the web or mobile app

  1. Open the HoneyBook desktop site or mobile app

  2. From the navigation menu on:

    1. Desktop: Select Finance > Balance. Then under "Account & card details," select Manage your cards.

    2. Mobile: Select Tools > Balance. Then select the three-dot icon > Manage cards.

  3. When prompted, enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone, then select Continue or Next

    1. If you're not receiving your two-factor authentication (2FA) code or see an error with your phone number, contact our Support team by selecting the Question Mark icon on any HoneyBook page

  4. Your virtual card will appear. Under “Virtual card,” select Hide card details to show and gather the card’s:

    1. Number

    2. Expiration date

    3. Security code, also known as a CVV

  5. Once you've gathered this information, add your virtual debit card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

    1. When prompted, opt to manually add the card details
