With HoneyBook lead forms, you can create public forms accessible using a direct link. If you've ever wanted to allow anyone to book a VIP day to power through focused projects, you can achieve this with lead forms.
Your account comes with a VIP day template that you can customize with your VIP day services and brand-specific details, then share out to get started booking.
Make a VIP day lead form
Starting from this template gives you the perfect build framework: it contains all of the content and action blocks needed to book a VIP day, so that you can quickly add your own brand-specific details and get started sharing.
From the top navigation menu, select Clients > Lead Forms
Select Create New > select VIP day
You'll be shown a preview of the template, which includes a scheduler, invoice, and payment page. Start customizing by selecting Edit this template
Optionally, adjust the question wording
Select Add question to get more questions on the form
Select Next
Create services that leads can select when filling out the lead form
To edit a service, hover over it > select the pencil icon
To delete a service, hover over it > select the trash can icon
To add more services, select Add a service
Select Next
Give your lead form a title and add a thumbnail. Your leads will be able to see these in DMs and social posts
Decide if leads should receive a confirmation email after submitting the form
Select Preview email to see what they would receive
Decide if the lead form should be connected to an automation once the form is submitted. If you toggle this on, select which automation should run
Select Save and Preview Form
Review the template. If you want to make changes to the text, layout, design, or settings, select Advanced Editing. Otherwise, select Get a Link

If you select Get a Link, copy the lead form's link and share it.
The lead form isn't tied to a specific project, so the link can be shared anywhere with anyone who wants to book a one-time consultation with you
Here's some suggestions for places you can place the lead form's link:
Your website: add as the linked URL for a button, or in the top navigation bar

Next steps
When someone clicks on the link, they will be taken to a form where they can fill it out and submit it. After they submit the form, they will get an email confirmation if you have enabled the email confirmation setting.

When the form is submitted, you will receive an email and a notification on your computer. If you have the app downloaded, you will also receive a notification on your phone. HoneyBook will automatically create a project for that lead, which will include the completed form and the lead's information. This will allow you to start communicating with them, or you can archive the project if the lead is not a good fit.
