From the Details tab of each project, you can choose if the project date or date range will impact your availability for session scheduling. This is useful if you have a wide range for a project date but still want to have the option to meet with other clients during that time.
📚 Tip
As a default setting, all projects are set to Busy. You can always adjust availability on a project-by-project basis, which we'll cover below.
Use the search bar or go to the Projects tab to locate the project you want to change your availability for
When you get to the project workspace, select the Details tab
In the Date & Location section, select the Availability drop-down menu > set your availability
Free: clients will always be able to schedule sessions with you during the project date/date range
Busy: you will not show availability during the project date/date range once the project is booked (contract signed and/or payment made)
If a project is tentative (no contract signed and no payment made), you'll still show availability, even if the project is marked as Busy, until the project is booked
How you set your availability will also set availability for all team members and collaborators on the project
Once you update a project’s availability, the changes will take effect for your scheduling availability.
