Use custom fonts in files

Set custom fonts in your smart files so they better match your company branding.

Updated this week

Upload custom fonts for your HoneyBook files so that they're available for your branded files and templates. Once added, these custom fonts will be saved for future use.

Custom fonts can be used in smart files and are not applicable to contact forms or emails. Review the User Content Transmitted Through the Service clause in HoneyBook’s Terms of Service for an explanation of the liability around font licenses.

Upload or delete custom fonts

  1. When working on a smart file, select the paint palette icon from the top menu

    1. You can also select Customize Theme from the top of your Pages menu

  2. Select a Font drop-down menu > select Upload Font

  3. Find the custom font you want to download or delete

  4. Select the download icon to download the font file or the trash can icon to delete it

    1. Deleting a font won't remove it from smart files and templates that already use it

  1. When working on a smart file, select the paint palette icon from the top menu

    1. You can also select Customize Theme from the top of your Pages menu

  2. Select a Font drop-down menu > select Upload Font

  3. Select Upload Font

  4. Upload your font file

  5. Select Done

From here, the new font will be uploaded, and you can pick it from the font drop-down menu.
