Email & Contract Templates 


To help you get a head start on some language you might be using in the months to come, we've added:

  • Email Templates to help with client communication during this time. Each Template title begins with COVID-19, so you can find it easily, and the Templates offer language for checking in with clients; reassuring clients that their Project is moving forward; rescheduling with clients if they've requested; and filling clients in on what to expect in the coming weeks.


Don't see these templates in your account yet? Make sure to add them from our COVID-19 Toolkit. Here's how:

1.  From your HoneyBook home page, click the Tools tab in your top navigation bar.

2. Select COVID-19 Toolkit from the menu.

3.  In the COVID-19 Template Assets section, you'll see the available sets of Template for emails and contracts. Click the plus button next to each set of templates you'd like to add.



You are, of course, under no obligation to use these Templates, or use them exactly as written — they're simply here to help. Feel free to use them as general guidance, or copy & paste whatever language makes the most sense for your business into new or existing Contract and Email Templates in your account.
