That's why we want to make sure you have readily available resources to support you as you get started. Our HoneyBook courses are designed to take you through the platform—from foundational elements to expert-level features—in bite-sized sections, which you can work through at your own pace.
The courses are comprised of lessons that use a combination of written instructions, videos, images, and GIFs to suit all learning styles. We'll also include links to articles in our Help Center when relevant—feel free to use these to deep-dive into topics you'd like more information on!
We currently have two courses: HoneyBook 101, to learn the basics; and Growing Your Business, for a deeper dive into the features that can help you build your business efficiently.
In HoneyBook 101, you'll start at the very beginning (a very good place to start). We'll walk you through HoneyBook terminology, setting up your account, and the basics of communicating with (and booking!) your clients.
By the end of the course, you'll have an account ready to roll with perfectly-appointed preferences; Templates for your Contracts, Invoices, emails, and pricing; and best of all? You'll be ready to send your first Proposal to a client, to get a Contract signed and a deposit paid in one fell swoop.
Growing Your Business
In Growing Your Business, we’ll discuss some key topics and features that share one overarching goal: to help you grow your business while saving you time.
We'll review some of the foundational elements that help set you up for success—relevant account settings, Template setup, important file types—as well as going into some more advanced features that really help you scale, like Contact Forms and automated Workflows. Then, we'll finish by learning about the tools you have to track your business growth!
