Once you've synced your HoneyBook and QuickBooks accounts, all payments in HoneyBook should automatically sync to QuickBooks. Any payments made in HoneyBook before you connected the accounts, though, may not have made the jump on their own. That's where those QuickBooks logos come in.

Every time a HoneyBook payment is successfully synced to Quickbooks Online, you will see the green QuickBooks logo next to the payment in your HoneyBook Bookkeeping tab.

If there are payments with a gray QuickBooks logo, it's likely those payments have not yet synced to your QuickBooks Online account. You can simply click the gray logo and the payment will sync to QuickBooks.
