The HoneyBook referral program lets you earn rewards by sharing HoneyBook with your community and tracking your referrals in one place. You’ll use your unique referral link to invite others to start a trial, monitor their progress, and see when you’re eligible for payouts.
This article explains how to access and share your referral link, what needs to happen for a referral to qualify, and how to track referrals and earnings from your referral dashboard.

How to enter:
Your referred friend must start a HoneyBook trial in January
They must subscribe by the end of February
Each member is eligible for one entry total, regardless of how many referrals they bring in

Important: During the campaign, select Win $10K in the top-right corner of your account to access the referral dashboard.
Access your referral dashboard
From any HoneyBook page, select Refer & earn in the top-right corner
During the January referral campaign, select Win $10K instead
This opens your referral dashboard, where you can access your referral link, track progress, and view earnings
Share your referral link
From your referral dashboard, you can share your referral link in 2 ways:
Copy link: Copies your unique referral link so you can paste it anywhere you’d like (social media, website, direct messages, and more)
“Share via email” section: Enter one or more recipients, add a subject and message, then select Send
The email automatically includes your referral link and can’t be removed or edited
Track referrals and earnings in your dashboard
Your referral dashboard lets you track referral activity, earnings, and available benefits in one place. From here, you can review the different dashboard tabs to understand how your referrals are performing and what resources are available to you:
Refer: Access and copy your unique referral link to share with your community
Status: View businesses you’ve referred and their current status, such as earnings, trials started, and eligibility for payout
Resources: Download HoneyBook logos, social media templates, and email banners to help promote your referral link
Perks: Explore additional referral-related perks and offers available to you
What qualifies as a successful referral
You’ll receive a referral bonus only when all of the following are true:
A user starts a HoneyBook trial using your referral link
Referral links can’t be applied retroactively to existing trials or accounts
The user subscribes to a HoneyBook membership
Other promo codes may override referral links
To qualify, no other promo code can be applied at signup
The membership remains active for 100 or more business days
The user completes sign-up through HoneyBook’s desktop site
Sign-ups completed through the HoneyBook mobile app aren’t tracked for referral credit
When these requirements are met, HoneyBook sends your referral earnings directly to the bank account connected to your HoneyBook account, after the 100-day eligibility period.

If you haven’t connected your bank account, HoneyBook can’t send your referral earnings. Learn how to connect your bank account to HoneyBook.
If someone uses your referral link but cancels their HoneyBook membership before 100 business days, the referral won’t qualify for earnings and no payout will be issued
Tips for successful referrals
Always confirm your referral link is used at signup
Remind referrals to complete sign-up on HoneyBook’s desktop site, since HoneyBook mobile app sign-ups aren’t eligible for referral credit
Avoid stacking referral links with other promo codes
Encourage referrals to subscribe promptly after starting a trial
Use the marketing resources in your dashboard to boost visibility
