Update your HoneyBook login password

Need to update your HoneyBook password? Follow these simple steps to change it directly in your account.

If you need to update your password, it's easy and secure to do so.

  1. Click your profile photo in the top right corner of your screen > My Account

  2. Scroll down to the Change Password section

  3. Enter your existing password and your new password in the appropriate fields

  4. Click Change Password

Your password will be updated and you'll need to enter it to log in moving forward

3-month password reset

If you don't have 2-factor authentication set up, for security reasons, HoneyBook requires you to set a new password every 3 months:

  • If it's been more than 3 months, when you attempt to login, you'll be logged in and immediately prompted to change your password. This step is required.

  • If you're currently logged in at the 3-month mark, you'll be logged out of your account and prompted to login to change your password.
