Every 2 weeks, HoneyBook AI will send you a digest of strategic insights based on your business' performance, compared to the previous 2 weeks and the same time period last year. Use these trends to understand areas of opportunity, what's working well, and what's holding steady. Examples include declining and increasing revenue, increase and drops in lead volume, and more.
Adjust business trends settings
You can:
Turn business trends on or off (on by default)
Adjust the cadence at which you receive business trends (every 2 weeks or monthly)
From the navigation menu, select your company logo > Company settings
Select HoneyBook AI
Under "Interactive chat":
Turn Business trends on or off
If Business trends are toggled on, select the preferred frequency dropdown > Every two weeks or Monthly

HoneyBook AI
At the cadence of your choice (every 2 weeks or monthly), HoneyBook AI will deliver your business trends at noon in your time zone. From any page, select 
HoneyBook AI in the top-right corner to access them. Feel free to reply in the chat with follow-up thoughts or questions.

If you don't see your HoneyBook AI business trends, make sure you're not just a team member, as only the account owner will receive business trends.
