Connect your account with Prismm to manage floor plans and connect clients you have in Prismm directly to HoneyBook. This saves you time by streamlining how you use each tool in your project’s journey.
You can add floor plans via desktop and mobile web (e.g., the Safari app on an iPhone). However, floor plans cannot be added via the HoneyBook app.
Before you begin
You’ll need both a HoneyBook and Prismm subscription, as neither of these are included in the integration.
Connect your Prismm and HoneyBook accounts
From the top navigation menu, select Tools > select Integrations
Find the Prismm integration card > select Connect
Enter your Prismm login credentials
If you don’t have a Prismm account, you’ll create one from here
Select the Prismm account you’ll connect to HoneyBook
From here, you’ll want to create an event in Prismm, and connect that event to a HoneyBook project. Go on to the next section to learn how to do this.
Add Prismm floor plans to a HoneyBook project
Once you’ve connected your Prismm and HoneyBook accounts, you’ll connect a Prismm event to a HoneyBook project to streamline your work. This will add the Prismm floor plan into the HoneyBook project.
From the top navigation menu, select Projects
Find the project you want to add a Prismm floor plan to
In the gray side menu, select Prismm floor plans
If you haven’t integrated your Prismm account yet, you’ll do this now
From the drop-down menu, select the Prismm event that has the floor plan you want to add
If you haven’t created the Prismm event yet, you can make one by selecting Create New from the drop-down menu
📣 Note
Once you add a floor plan to your project (one created through the steps above), you’ll also need to opt in to sharing the floor plan with the client on HoneyBook. This is toggled on by default in step 4, but you can turn this off (but you typically won’t want to). The next section shows you where to share a floor plan with the client.
From here, the floor plan will get added to the HoneyBook project. These floor plans will appear in the activity feed and in the Files tab of the project workspace. You can also view the floor plans in Prismm by selecting View floor plan in Prismm. Your client will also get to view the floor plan when they log into the client workspace.
If you want to notify your client that the floor plans were added, send them a message.
