The Reports page will provide an overview of your leads, bookings, and financial analytics. Below we have walked through the different sections on this page to help guide you through what all the number mean
Tools get to your Reports tab first click on the Tools tab and then select Reports.
Pro Tip: only the account owner will have full view of reports and team members will only see information in this tab for projects they created or are a part of.
Monthly Report - Bar Chart
The bar graph reflects the number of bookable files (leads) you received and the number of projects you booked within each month.
Within HoneyBook a project will be considered booked if a proposal has been signed and or a deposit paid on an invoice.
Your HoneyBook Projects
This report provides a birds-eye view of your booked projects occurring within the toggled date range. You can export this data as a CSV to view the projects total value, project type, collected, and outstanding payments.
In this section, the numbers that you view here are representative of the projects occurring in the specific time period designated. If you have a project that does not occur in this time period but receive a payment on this project during the time period selected it will NOT be included in this section.
**It is important to note that this section will only display projects within a specific date range and will NOT show projects that have TBD dates.
Where are your leads coming from?
Here you have a graph showing where all your leads came from. This section can be modified to display during a specific date range and has a CSV file that can be downloaded.
This CSV report will show all projects added within the specified date range along with lead information, including project date, lead source, and booked date.
Yearly and Monthly Analytics Reports
This section has a couple of different parts which have been broken out below:
Yearly or Monthly Reports:
Highlighted in blue, these downloadable CSV reports will reflect all payments received during a particular year or month. The report will also break out all payments showing transaction fees, tax, discounts, payment dates, and amounts received.
Leads: displays the number of leads received during that month or year
the number of projects booked during that month or year
- Booked: This means a signature or first payment was received. Not when the project is occurring.
Tax: this is the tax that was charged on payments during that month or year
Value of Booked Project: this is the value of the projects that were booked in this month or year, but may not necessarily occur during this month or year.
