Why is my Workflow not working?

There may be a few reasons why your workflow is not working and or steps within your workflow are not being triggered. Here are a few items that you can check:

1.  Does your workflow have steps that require approval before sending? If some steps require approval be sure to approve the task so that the next step will trigger.

2. Does your workflow have steps that are triggered by the project date, and if so does your project have a date? If your project has a TBD date the workflow will not know when to trigger each step. 

3. When creating a workflow you can add a Task as a step to be included in your workflow. After applying the workflow to a project this will add the task into to your list of Tasks in your Task tab and in the project workspace.

Be sure to check off and complete the task so that the workflow can move to the next step.

4. If you have created a workflow that has a step that requires approval before sending this will create a task in your account. You will see this task in both the project workspace and in the Tasks tab.
