Creating and sending a proposal

You’ve got your client, you’ve discussed a package and now you need to wrap up all the details into one clear, branded and professional proposal.

Have no fear, we’ve got you covered. We’ll go over how to create and send the perfect proposal to keep your clients saying “Yes!” 

What is a Proposal?
  • This is a one-stop-shop for booking a client. Instead of sending separate files, you can leverage the Proposal to speed up your booking process. Just follow the steps below or watch this quick tutorial video.

Get started by creating a new project or find an existing project where you’d like to create a proposal.
  • To create a new project click on the "+ New" button in the top right corner of your account.
  • Now it's time to create a proposal, which can be done by selecting the Proposal within the Project Files tab.

You've just created a Proposal file! Now, it's time to customize. Here you’ll get a chance to fill in your pricing, package details, and payment information, all in a way that matches YOUR brand. 

PROTIP: The 6 dots icon indicates a drag and drop. Anywhere you see this icon, you can drag and drop to easily rearrange items!

  • Once you've finished customizing, hit Next: Review Email and you’ll get to look over your email before it goes to your client. You can cross your t’s, dot your i ’s and make sure your email represents your brand.
  • Hit Send and just like that your customized proposal will be in your client’s inbox.

You can always go back if you need to edit! You can also see if your client has viewed your proposal. 

Now, you can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest.
