The agreement file is best used when all you need from a client is a signature. The agreement file will only include nitty gritty service agreement information. If you do not need to bill your client or send a list of proposed service, the agreement file is perfect!

The proposal is a list of services you are proposing to offer and includes a signed agreement with invoice (payment schedule). The brochure is a list of services without an agreement or invoice (payment schedule). When your potential client receives a brochure they'll be able to select a package or service which will automatically create a proposal. If you want to send a potential client a price list of the packages and services you offer without the commitment to buy or sign an agreement, the brochure is perfect!
