How do I change my email address?

If you'd like to change the email address used in your HoneyBook account you can update this from your My Account tab.
  • To navigate to My Account click on your circle account icon in the top right of your account
  • Next, click My Account
  • In the My Account Info section click on your email address


 
  • This will then prompt you to complete the 2-Step Verification as follows: you will be asked to prompt a security code via text or phone call to your 2-Step Verification phone number and you will then enter that code into your account to change your email address

If you have not yet set up your 2-Step Verification phone number click here to learn more about setting this up.


*If the email address that you want to update your account to has already been used in HoneyBook please reach out to concierge@honeybook.com so that we can assist in updating your email address for you.

Pro Tip: If you've forgotten your account login password, follow the steps here to reset your password.
